Ā Adam Rajoulh, MD is a board-certified hospitalist physician, entrepreneur, mental fitness coach, and trusted medical voice. But titles don’t tell the whole story. What defines him isn’t just medicine, it’s the battles outside of it. He’s dealt with loss. He’s been broke. He’s been beaten physically and mentally. He’s been divorced, arrested, and defamed. Each setback became a forge. Each failure became fuel. As a physician, he’s treated thousands of patients on the front lines of medicine, witnessing the same patterns repeat themselves: those who thrive take ownership and those who suffer fall into victimhood.Ā

I’m not your guru. I’m not here to sell you magic pills or whisper sweet affirmations. I’m a medical doctor who has faced failure, pain, and rock bottom, and clawed my way back. I’m a father who found purpose beyond himself. I’m a man who has stood face-to-face with death and knows that every single breath is an opportunity to build strength, discipline, and purpose.

This isn’t about me telling you what to think. It’s about handing you a blueprint, The Power Protocol: a system that combines science, raw experience, and gritty tools. Something you can actually implement to build a healthier, stronger, more purposeful life.
